This is good… real good!
This breakfast amazingness was invented one day when I made these chocolates and had left over chocolate sauce. What’s a girl to do with leftover chocolate?
Why not make breakfast pizza?!! … and you don’t even have to bake this one :)
Chocolate Banana Coconut Breakfast Pizza
dairy-free, soy-free, vegan
Time: 10 minutes
Serves 1
Inspired by Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups
3 TBS coconut oil, liquified
2 TBS good quality cocoa powder
2 TBS almond butter
1 TBS coconut sugar
pinch of sea salt
dash of cinnamon (optional)
1 Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla (or any kind you like)
1/2 a banana, thinly sliced
shredded coconut for sprinkling
Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl and then spread on the tortilla. Top with sliced bananas and shredded coconut. Put in the fridge for about 5 minutes and then cut and eat it!
If you don’t want to eat it like a pizza, you can always roll it up and eat it like a burrito. I have done this on the mornings I am in a big hurry.
