Springtime is Outdoor Fitness Time!

WOW! Check out the tree jumping skills on this guy! That’s some serious forest parkour. As you know, tree climbing is one of our favorite pastimes so we put our stamp of approval on this outdoor fitness routine.

Now that we’re a few days away from ‘official’ spring, it’s time to take the workouts outside and as it gets warmer, we’ll be posting more outdoor fitness routines that you can do on your own or with a partner and you can get the same (if not better) results with as you would at the gym. If you haven’t already, check out the beach bench workout we filmed in Vancouver.

Here’s your homework for today – map out the closest parks, trails, and forests around your neighbourhood. We will give you some beach body worthy fitness missions very soon.

P.S. If you’re in the U.S., go to the Discover the Forest website. You can input your zipcode and find the closest forest and what activities you can do there (hiking, camping, biking, etc).
