It is no secret that we LOVE outdoor workouts. In fact, as it is getting warmer, they are the only kind of workouts we do!
Below we wrote out a typical bodyweight workout that we love to do. We suggest you print it out and take it to the park! We are big fans of exercising with a buddy, so why not grab a friend and make it into an afternoon? Maybe grab a juice or green smoothie after… just sayin’!
If you don’t know what some of the exercises are, you can just type the name into YouTube and find a video that explains it. As always, let us know if you have any questions!
P.S. Don’t forget to do the tree climbing at the end! It is an essential part of any Rewild workout :)
